The Obamessiah now proposes that we keep our tires well-inflated and get regular tune-ups and that will be the equivalent of drilling billions and billions of barrels of black gold. The latter brainstorm especially should be in the same category as President George Herbert Walker Bush’s confusion as to supermarket scanners, but don’t expect to see it on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, or MSNBC. Most people today get a new car before they get a tune up! When’s the last time you told a mechanic to change the oil and plugs and check the timing?
It seems the Obamian Candidate is a tad out of touch with us little people and with progress in automobile technology. You have to wonder with what else he’s out of touch.
