North Korea has again been making noises about hurling a missile somewhere. The where doesn’t count for Kim il-Sung
as much as the hurling since that act will prove the North Koreans are capable of hurling something aside from propaganda.
Here is a shot of the North Korean army marching in rigid formation in hopes of getting a meal at the end of their day, instead of having to forage and chew and digest the usual tree bark:
The U.S. is ready, willing and able to shoot down that missile, according to Admiral Timothy Keating, head of U.S. Pacific Commands. Without using the words, Keating said that it only remains for President Barack Hussein Obama to demonstrate that he has balls enough to issue the order: http://abcnews.go.com/International/story?id=6965611&page=1.
Therefore, the question is not as much can we do it as it is whether Obama has the testicular fortitude to do it. Surely, he would incur the wrath of George Soros and his leftist ilk if he elects to demonstrate America’s refusal to allow North Korea to intimidate and threaten South Korea, the rest of that region, and possibly our Left Coast.
Mindless and senseless pacifism, Neville Chamberlain’s policy of “peace [at any cost] in our time,” is a policy that always leads to war.
The maniacal Kim il-Sung is barely more than a pesky gnat and he and North Korea present a relatively insignificant threat to our mainland security. The true test will be of Obama’s mettle. Should he permit this missile launch without authorizing its immediate destruction, he will be sending a very clear signal that America has once again become the America of Jimmy Carter.
If that happens, hang onto your hats and search out those abandoned backyard bomb shelters. They just may become very useful, again.
